Ren Lok is a multidisciplinary artist

​who's work in primarily in portraiture, has turned toward abstraction as a new creative exploration—moving away from recognizable subjects and into abstract works that leave greater space for individual perception. ​

This evolution became the foundation for

WE THE SOVREN.

​

A body of work that explores the space between conception and perception through intricate line work, symmetry, organic form, and geometric structure that resists a prescribed interpretation.

My dream to see my art move beyond the traditional canvas and onto every kind of board—from streets to mountains to oceans— is what gave life to

ART IN MOTION.​

​Working across visual art, design, film, music, and experiential media, Lok's work has been exhibited internationally, including Rome, New York City,

Los Angeles, Miami, and Kuwait.

 

She has also curated physical and virtual exhibitions, including in Wynwood, Miami, during Art Basel.​​
